We’re looking for an expert web developer well versed in common web languages to develop static and dynamic websites on a regular freelance basis for a quickly growing, young and dynamic web agency based in the South of France in St Tropez. We are initially looking for a candidate to “work from home” in London but applications from elsewhere will also be considered.

Rates depends on experience and skills

Required skills

• HTML / XHTML / CSS2
• Custom backend / CMS development
• PHP / ASP.Net
• MySQL / XML / Database integration

Desired skills

• Flash / CSS3
• Java / AJAX
• Ability to create websites conforming to WC3 standards
• Search Engine Optimisation for websites
• Secure server pages
• Online payment and financial transactions
• eCommerce

The successful candidate will have

• A university degree in a relevant computing / IT subject
• Well spoken and written English
• French language skills is a bonus
• The ability to work without supervision
• A portfolio of pervious website projects
• Strong interest in new technologies and the internet
• An EU passport

This unique opportunity will allow you to work on a freelance basis to fully develop new websites while working with our small team based in France. A good communicator which previous freelance or work from home experience will be strongly considered. Working at evenings and in the weekends is fine as long as regular communication is maintained. You’ll have the chance to work with exclusive clients based in Monaco, Nice, Cannes and all along the French Riviera.

*** You must also have an EU passport to be able to travel between London and the South of France when required.
