The majority of tourists arrive at Marseille International Airport due to the convenience and frequency of flights to destinations all over the UK, Europe and beyond. Being only 70 kms from Saint Tropez in addition to the convenient selection of flights makes Marseille Provence International the preferred gateway to St Tropez for most tourists arriving by air. The terminal has three halls, of which Hall 1 is for international arrivals and departures; Hall 3 for domestic arrivals; and Hall 4 for domestic departures. The airport is very modern and has an extensive range of facilities and amenities. Furthermore, connections to Ramatuelle, St Tropez and St Raphael from Marseille International Airport are numerous and reliable.
The nearest airport is at Toulon-Hyeres, 56kms away. Regular flights departing from various points in the UK fly into Toulon-Hyeres airport daily. Buses run directly to St Tropez from here (see bus timetable and information below).
The La Mole airfield, 20 km west of St Tropez, has regular flights to Geneva, Bale-Mulhouse, Munich and Nice.

BY CAR
If you intend on driving to Saint Tropez, the motorways provide a fast and safe option. St Tropez is located near the A8, which links Marseille to Nice. From Marseille, exit at the Cannet des Maures junction and follow the D558 for about 40kms to the town. From Nice, exit A8 at the Le Muy junction and take the D25 to St Tropez, again a distance of about 40kms.
BY RAIL
Visitors travelling by rail to St Tropez can disembark at one of three train stations: St Raphael (38kms), Des Arcs (47kms) and Toulon (70kms). Daily bus services are available between these towns and Saint Tropez.
Express trains from Paris takes around 4 hours to Toulon and St Raphael.

BY BUS
As Saint Tropez has no public airport or railway station as such visitors without their own transportation will need to transit the last part of their journey by bus. Fortunately, there are frequent bus services between St Tropez and the three main airports: Toulon Hyeres, Nice and Marseille; as well as the three closest railway stations: St Raphael, Des Arcs and Toulon. The majority of bus schedules are timed to meet arriving or departing flights and trains.

BY FERRY
St Tropez is connected to St Raphael, St Maxime, Nice and Cannes by regular boat services, and visitors traveling by ferry from Rome can use the port at Toulon. At Saint Raphael Port there is the Bateaux St Raphael which services 5 to 6 round trips a day to Saint Tropez in the high season. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes and costs €10 one-way.
There are also ferries running between Saint Tropez harbour and Nice, Cannes, St Rafael and St Maxime.
