South of France house prices are set to rise angain 1st quarter of 2007. After much speculation as to whether the house prices would rise again in 2007, there have been signs from the FNAIM group that house prices are set to rise again once more. Local people are finding it hard to get onto the property ladder as Brits use their pound to buy holiday homes.
