Relevance Web Marketing is a Search Engine Optimisation Company which specialises in Website Design and Build, Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click, and other forms of Search related programs. We will carry out work only where a signed agreement by both parties is provided by mail, fax, or in person.

Search Engine Optimisation and Internet Marketing

SEO work is governed by many factors which are outside the control of Relevance Web Marketing. Therefore Relevance Web Marketing cannot guarantee particular results. Relevance Web Marketing however guarantees improvement in a client’s keyword positioning provided all of Relevance Web Marketing’s advice is followed. It is essential we have the power to manipulate content, and website code, and if this is not provided readily, our contracts will be voided.

Ranking results will be performed at the end of each month, as agreed by both parties.

Results are based on listings on Google.com, Google.co.uk, and Google.fr, using search engine results programs.

Keyword positioning will be determined by the relevancy of that term on your pages, and the popularity of that term on other websites. Relevance Web Marketing SEO requires FTP access to the website and its content management system and access as agreed in any of our SEO contacts.

Your website should be hosted on a reliable server, based in the country of Search Engine interest, with constant availability, for optimum results. Should Relevance Web Marketing recommend changing your host or server, this is to protect the interests of your web site's ranking within the Search Engines. Relevance Web Marketing cannot be held responsible for slipping or unsatisfactory Search Engine Ranking results if SEO suggestions have not been carried out.

Relevance Web Marketing cannot be held responsible for website changes in any manner, problems or additional costs arising due to any errors made by third parties, or failure to maintain a current copy of your own website. This would also extend to changes made by Relevance web Marketing to an unstable CMS system. We would assume that any changes made to content, code or copy through a CMS given user name or password could not possibly lead to any errors with the website as a whole. Therefore, Relevance Web Marketing will not be held responsible for any website problems arising by work done by Relevance Web Marketing, or anybody else.

Relevance Web Marketing follows a strictly ethical SEO policy and will not be responsible for any Ban's or search engine suspension for the following:

• duplicate sites, duplicate content or pages, redirects or doorway pages.
• link farms or any spanning techniques which may harm the web site's ranking with Google.
• Increased traffic or sales
• hidden links
• automated web site submission software or websites

Website Design

All website design, and build remains the property of Relevance Web Marketing until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

All scripts, applications, and software written by Relevance Web Marketing remain the copyright of Relevance Web Marketing and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Relevance Web Marketing.

Relevance Web Marketing cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials including photographs, and website copy, submitted by the client. We have the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Any additions to the project brief will be carried out at the discretion of Relevance Web Marketing and where no charge is made by Relevance Web Marketing for such additions, Relevance Web Marketing accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Relevance Web Marketing all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.

Relevance Web Marketing will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

Relevance Web Marketing will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.

Relevance Web Marketing will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

Relevance Web Marketing will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

Compatibility

Relevance Web Marketing aim that any developed/designed site will work correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla browsers. Relevance Web Marketing can offer no guarantees for all other browsers.

Website Hosting

Relevance Web Marketing can offer no guarantees to interruption of hosting services and cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.

Translations

All translations will be done by Relevance Web Marketing. After an initial translation of one page; if accepted, further pages by our translator will be accepted withing the initial remit.

Payment of Accounts

Website Design and Build is paid 50% on signing of the contract, and the final 50% paid on completion of the project brief as layed out in the initial contract. Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.

Search Engine Optimisation is paid on a monthly basis, and will be paid as accordance with the payment schedule in the initial contract. If there is a lag in website design, or build by a 3rd party, this will not affect the work by Relevance Web Marketing, or the payment schedule of the client for that SEO work. After signing a contract for a SEO project, you will be obliged to pay for the work that has been done, and has been agreed to do. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.

Complaints Procedure

For any complaints to Relevance Web Marketing, a letter by post, or e-mail setting out must be made within 7 days of the work being completed.
