Executive PA
Relevance, the digital marketing & business consultancy, is looking for an experienced PA to support the Managing Director in the Relevance Monaco Office.

This young and dynamic MD works 70 hour weeks, and travels between London, Monaco, New York and Warsaw offices helping digital marketing teams with business development, consultancy and account management, so expect to be booking tickets, correspondence with staff and clients, social media posts, keeping e-mail boxes clean, writing up meeting notes, proposals, and contracts. You will also need to collect and collate all company invoices for the accountants, make payments and help with on-going recruitment.

Creating Content
Brainstorm & planning written content quarterly – using content calendars shared with account managers and the client.
Make sure Relevance and clients have cutting-edge creative content for their blogs, social media and external publications.
Source stories, ideas, images, news and topics for Relevance and Relevance clients using social media and mentions software and Google Alerts.
Attend events (Monaco/French Riviera) to get scoops and to interview authorities.
Interview interesting people/companies by phone or in person and manage recorded content.
Be in-house writer and editor for Relevance and Relevance clients accountable to account managers.
You will be required to do newsletters, website content, SEO landing pages, internal blogs, blogs on external publications and social media posts.
Clients are a variety of luxury goods and services companies – superyacht companies, real estate companies, luxury rentals companies, helicopter charter companies.
Keep account managers up to date with new ideas.
Create the PR mailing for our client newsletter which is the best content that month for all clients.

Managing Content
Assign writing tasks to writers and manage this content from the content calendars.
Make sure all content is up on time.
Manage Relevance network of writers and costs.
Proof and critique all content before upload.
Add SEO elements requested.
Upload to websites/blogs/send to external platforms/social media person.
Manage any multilingual jobs by sending and receiving and uploading the content.

Relevance
Keep the Relevance digital blog up-to-date with company news and industry news.
Provide content and manage Relevance blogs e.g. luxisto.com

Requirements

Have a good English Degree.
Be exceptionally organized.
Be creative thinker for content ideas and brainstorms.
Have a basic understanding of SEO.
